  • Payment of Stall Rental Fees
    • You can pay your rental fees via:

    1. Interbank GIRO
      2. You are encouraged to apply for Interbank GIRO directly at the NEA One-Stop Information and Service Centre or through our online application form at https://hawkersonline.nea.gov.sg

      Note:

      • GIRO deductions will be made on the 28th of every month.
      • If GIRO is not deducted, your bank account may not have sufficient fund.
      • To change your GIRO bank account, you are required to submit a new application to open a new GIRO account.

    2. Online Payments
      3. For online payment, please go to https://hawkersonline.nea.gov.sg

    3. AXS Machines
      4. Please select Government → NEA → Hawker Stalls, enter your Customer ID

      It should take approximately 3-5 working days for your payment to be updated in NEA's system.

    4. SingPost/SAM Kiosk
      5. Please select Government → NEA → NEA – Other Payments by NRIC/FIN/UEN No., enter your NRIC

    5. NEA ePortal
      6. Please go to https://www.eportal.nea.gov.sg and login using Singpass.
      • Under Categories, select Payment → One Stop Payment
